Look to the east at 7pm and you will be treated to the wonderful view of the King of the planets rising – none other than Jupiter (actually my favorite planet to view through a telescope… yes… even more than Saturn).
- At 7pm… look to the east… and Jupiter will be the brightest “Star” close to the horizon.

- At 10pm Jupiter is much higher in the sky and that Iconic winter constellation of Orion is now easier to see as it is closer to vertical. Also visible below is the actual BRIGHTEST star.. Sirus.
